Ha Giang: Party General Secretary To Lam offered incense to heroic martyrs at the Vi Xuyen national martyrs’ cemetery in the northern province of Ha Giang. This event took place on February 5, marking the 95th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV), which is celebrated on February 3.

According to Vietnam News Agency, later in the evening, the delegation led by To Lam visited the Nam Dam community tourism and culture village in Quan Ba district. During this visit, they presented gifts to families benefiting from policy support.
