Hanoi: General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) To Lam engaged in a phone conversation with Secretary-General of the People's Action Party (PAP) and Prime Minister of Singapore Lawrence Wong on January 30, discussing ways to enhance bilateral relations.
According to Vietnam News Agency, during the talks, To Lam proposed establishing a Party-to-Party dialogue mechanism between the CPV and PAP. This initiative aims to strengthen the ties and foster collaboration between Vietnam and Singapore.
