Hanoi: The Party, State, Central Military Commission, and people consistently offer strong support, firm trust, and special sentiments to the Vietnam People’s Army and the Border Guard in particular, said Party General Secretary To Lam during his pre-Lunar New Year (Tet) visit to the Border Guard Force on January 22.
