Party Commissions of Vietnam and Laos Strengthen Cooperation in Communications

Vientiane: A delegation from the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee’s Commission for Information, Education, and Mass Mobilisation paid courtesy calls on senior officials of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP) in Vientiane on November 19. The delegation was led by Trieu Tai Vinh, Vice Chairman of the Commission for Information, Education, and Mass Mobilisation.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the Vietnamese delegation met with Khamphanh Pheuyavong, Secretary of the LPRP Central Committee and Chairman of the LPRP Central Committee’s Commission for Propaganda and Training. They also met with Inlavanh Keobounphanh, a member of the LPRP Central Committee and Vice President of the Lao Front for National Construction.

The meetings focused on enhancing cooperation in the fields of information, education, and mass mobilisation between the two parties. The discussions aimed to strengthen the longstanding relationship between the communist parties of Vietnam and Laos, with a particular emphasis on communication strategies and training initiatives.
