Helsinki: A special concert took place at the University of Helsinki, graced by the presence of Party General Secretary To Lam and his spouse during the evening of October 21 (local time). This event was a significant part of the Vietnamese leader’s official visit to Finland. The concert was a collaborative effort between the Vietnamese Embassy and the Helsinki administration.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the concert was attended by members of the Vietnamese delegation. The event also saw the participation of Helsinki’s Mayor Daniel Sazonov, Finnish Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Sari Essayah, and representatives from the Vietnamese community residing in the European country.
