London: Party General Secretary To Lam and his spouse Ngo Phuong Ly, along with a high-level Vietnamese delegation, arrived in London on October 28 morning (local time), starting their three-day official visit to the UK at the invitation of Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the visit aims to strengthen diplomatic ties and explore potential areas of cooperation between Vietnam and the UK. During the visit, the delegation is expected to engage in discussions on economic, cultural, and educational exchanges, as well as other matters of mutual interest.
