Hanoi: General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee To Lam met with President of the Cambodian People’s Party (CPP) and Cambodian Senate President Samdech Techo Hun Sen in Hanoi on September 1. The Cambodian leader is in Vietnam for the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19) and National Day (September 2).
