Minsk: Party General Secretary To Lam met with former Belarusian soldiers, experts, and friends who have significantly contributed to Vietnam, during his state visit to Belarus on the afternoon of May 11. This meeting was part of the efforts to strengthen the ties between Vietnam and Belarus.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the Party leader, accompanied by his spouse and a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation, also paid a floral tribute at the Victory Monument in Minsk on the same afternoon. This gesture was a part of the Party chief’s state visit and served to honor the historical ties and shared history between the two nations. The visit underscores the importance of acknowledging and appreciating the contributions of Belarusian individuals who have supported Vietnam over the years.
