Phnom penh: An official welcome ceremony for General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee To Lam and a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation was held with full state honours at the Royal Palace in Phnom Penh, Cambodia on February 6 morning. Authorised by Cambodian King Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni, President of the Cambodian People's Party Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen presided over the ceremony.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the visit underscores the strong diplomatic ties and mutual respect between Vietnam and Cambodia. The ceremony marked a significant occasion in the bilateral relationship, highlighting the commitment of both nations to enhance cooperation and dialogue.
