Dien bien: Party General Secretary To Lam participated in various activities in Dien Bien province on July 27 to commemorate the 78th anniversary of Vietnam’s War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 – 2025). The Party leader led the Central working delegation to offer flowers and incense in tribute of heroic martyrs at the A1 National Martyrs Cemetery and Martyrs’ Temple at Dien Bien Phu Battlefield. On the same day, the delegation visited homes of war invalids in Dien Bien province.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the tribute activities were part of a broader effort to honor the sacrifices made by those who served in the military. The ceremony included a solemn offering at the cemetery, where the delegation paid their respects to the fallen soldiers who contributed to the nation’s independence.
