Hanoi: Party General Secretary and State President To Lam on November 27 worked with the Standing Board of the Hanoi Party Committee on the implementation of Party building, socio-economic development, and defence-security protection in 2024 and plans and tasks in 2025.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting focused on assessing the progress of current initiatives and outlining strategies for the upcoming years. The discussions aimed at strengthening the Party’s leadership role while ensuring sustainable socio-economic growth and robust defence-security measures in the capital city.

The Standing Board of the Hanoi Party Committee emphasized the importance of aligning local objectives with national priorities to foster comprehensive development across various sectors. The plans for 2025 are expected to build on the achievements of 2024, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and promoting innovation in governance and public services.
