Hanoi: Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, and head of its Organisation Commission Nguyen Duy Ngoc hosted a reception for Tanaka Akihiko, President of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), in Hanoi. The meeting, which took place on June 9, focused on discussions around expanding cooperation in leadership and public-sector training.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the two leaders explored the possibilities of enhancing existing training programs to better equip leaders and public-sector officials. The discussions aimed at identifying areas where the expertise and resources of both parties could be effectively utilized to foster improved training initiatives.
