Hanoi: Party General Secretary To Lam and State President Luong Cuong attended a ceremony to inaugurate the renovated, upgraded, and newly built headquarters of the Presidential Office at No. 2 Le Thach Street, the historic Bac Bo Phu site in Hanoi. The event took place on February 2 and coincided with the 96th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, celebrated on February 3, 1930-2026, and the success of the 14th National Party Congress.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the ceremony also welcomed the presence of incumbent and former leaders of the Party and State, as well as representatives from various ministries and central agencies. Leaders from Hanoi were also in attendance, highlighting the significance of the event at both local and national levels.
