Party, State Leaders Honor President Ho Chi Minh for Lunar New Year

Hanoi: A delegation of the Party Central Committee, National Assembly, State President, Government, and Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Committee laid wreaths and paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his mausoleum in Hanoi on February 13 on the occasion of the Lunar New Year (Tet) 2026. Following the ceremony, the delegation laid wreaths and offered incense in tribute to fallen heroes and martyrs at the Monument to Heroes and Martyrs on Bac Son street in Hanoi.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the tribute ceremony is an annual tradition observed by the nation's top leaders. It is a moment to reflect on the contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, whose leadership and vision played a crucial role in Vietnam's history.
