Ho Chi Minh City: The bilateral relationship between Cuba and Vietnam continues to thrive, expanding in both breadth and depth, said Salvador Valdes Mesa, Politburo member of the Communist Party of Cuba and Vice President of Cuba, at the “Vietnam-Cuba Friendship Meeting” held in Ho Chi Minh City on April 28.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting highlighted the significant strides made in strengthening the ties between the two nations. The event focused on the importance of people-to-people exchanges in further reinforcing the special friendship that has long existed between Vietnam and Cuba. The discussions underscored the mutual benefits derived from the collaboration and emphasized the commitment from both sides to continue nurturing their relationship.
