Da Nang: The vessel BRP Gabriela Silang of the Philippine Coast Guard, with 84 officers and crew members on board led by Captain Eleizer Gonzales Ibarientos, docked at Tien Sa port on April 14, marking the beginning of a four-day courtesy visit to the central city of Da Nang.

According to Vietnam News Agency, an official welcome ceremony for the Philippine Coast Guard delegation was attended by representatives from the High Command of the Vietnam Coast Guard Region 2, the Da Nang City People’s Committee, the High Command of Military Region 5, the Military Command of Da Nang, the Command of Da Nang Border Guard, the Department of External Affairs, the High Command of the Naval Region 3, and several other relevant agencies under the Ministry of National Defence.
