Hanoi: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired a conference in Hanoi on March 12 to hand over his decision appointing member of the Party Central Committee and Standing Vice President of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (VAST) Prof. Dr. Tran Hong Thai as its President.
