Santo Domingo: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, his spouse, and a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation arrived at Las Américas International Airport in Santo Domingo on November 19 evening (local time), beginning an official visit to the Dominican Republic. The visit is made at the invitation of President Luis Rodolfo Abinader Corona and his spouse.

According to Vietnam News Agency, this visit marks an important step in strengthening bilateral relations between Vietnam and the Dominican Republic. It is expected that the discussions between Prime Minister Chinh and President Abinader will cover various aspects of cooperation, including trade, investment, and cultural exchanges, aiming to enhance the partnership between the two nations.
