Thanh hoa: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the ground-breaking ceremony for the Cam Thach Inter-level School in the north central province of Thanh Hoa. During his visit on February 10, he also took the opportunity to visit and present gifts to policy beneficiaries and disadvantaged families in the province as part of the activities leading up to the upcoming Tet (Lunar New Year) festival.
