PM Attends Voice of Vietnam’s 80th Founding Anniversary

Hanoi: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on September 7 attended a ceremony marking the 80th founding anniversary of the Voice of Vietnam (VOV) (September 7, 1945 – 2025), during which the Government leader conferred the Ho Chi Minh Order (third time) on the broadcaster.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the ceremony was a significant event that celebrated the longstanding contributions of VOV to the nation. The Ho Chi Minh Order is one of the highest honors, recognizing the broadcaster’s continued service and dedication to the development of Vietnam.

The event highlighted VOV’s role in providing information and serving as a voice for the people over the past eight decades. The Prime Minister’s attendance and the conferment of the prestigious award underscore the importance of VOV in the country’s media landscape.
