Hanoi: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh held his 2025 dialogue with farmers in Hanoi on December 10, focusing on advancing science – technology applications, innovation, and digital transformation in agricultural production. This event marked the Prime Minister’s fourth dialogue with farmers during his term and was connected online to 34 provinces and cities across the nation. The dialogue aims to facilitate the implementation of Resolution 57-NQ/TW, which targets breakthroughs in science – technology development, innovation, and national digital transformation, alongside Resolution 68-NQ/TW, which focuses on private sector development in the new context.
