Hanoi: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Chairman of the Central Council for Emulation and Commendation, on October 5 launched an emulation campaign to celebrate the 14th National Party Congress, the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly, and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 tenures. The launching ceremony was held in Hanoi with online connections to 34 provinces and cities across the nation.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the campaign aims to foster a spirit of unity and motivation among citizens and officials as the country approaches these significant political events. The emulation initiative seeks to encourage participation and support for the upcoming congress and elections, which are pivotal for the country’s governance and legislative future.
