PM Pham Minh Chinh Meets Ericsson CEO.

Hanoi: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh gave a reception in Hanoi on November 25 for Borje Ekholm, President and CEO of Ericsson, who is paying a working visit to Vietnam.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting between the Vietnamese Prime Minister and the Ericsson CEO signifies the strengthening of ties between Vietnam and the Swedish telecommunications giant. This visit is seen as an opportunity to discuss potential collaborations and investments in Vietnam’s rapidly growing tech industry.

During the meeting, PM Pham Minh Chinh emphasized the importance of technological advancements and digital transformation in Vietnam’s development agenda. He expressed optimism about the potential for Ericsson to contribute to Vietnam’s digital landscape, especially in areas such as 5G deployment and smart city solutions.

Borje Ekholm, on his part, acknowledged Vietnam’s dynamic economic growth and highlighted Ericsson’s commitment to supporting Vietnam’s technological evolution. He noted that Ericsson is eager t
