Nice: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his spouse visited the family of Vo Ba Luan, a restaurant owner in Nice, during their trip to France for the 3rd United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC 3). The visit took place on the afternoon of June 7, local time.
