Binh Dinh: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh visited the central province of Binh Dinh on March 22, calling for enhanced efforts to do away with substandard houses and accelerate infrastructure development. In the afternoon, PM Chinh attended an inauguration ceremony for the Phu Phong dam project on the Con River in Tay Son district. He also inspected the construction of the North-South Expressway project in Binh Dinh.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the Prime Minister emphasized the importance of improving living conditions by eliminating substandard housing, which remains a pressing issue in the region. His visit also highlighted the government’s commitment to advancing infrastructure projects that are crucial for economic growth and connectivity.
The Phu Phong dam project, which PM Chinh inaugurated during his visit, is expected to provide significant benefits in terms of water management and agricultural productivity. Meanwhile, the North-South Expressway project aims to enhance transportation links and facilitate trade across the region, contributing to the broader economic development goals of the country.
