Hanoi: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh held a reception in Hanoi on July 29 for President of the Republic of Korea (RoK)’s special delegation to Vietnam led by its chief Park Chang-dal.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting between Prime Minister Chinh and the RoK delegation signifies the strengthening of diplomatic relations between the two nations.
