Hanoi: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh hosted a reception in Hanoi for Ambassador of the United States to Vietnam, Marc Knapper.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting provided an opportunity for both countries to discuss ongoing diplomatic relations and explore avenues for further cooperation. Ambassador Knapper expressed the United States’ commitment to strengthening ties with Vietnam across various sectors, including trade, education, and security. The Prime Minister and the Ambassador also exchanged views on regional and international issues of mutual concern.
