Politburo Announces Major Restructuring of 13 Party Organizations

HANOI: The Politburo and Secretariat have unveiled comprehensive reforms affecting 13 Party organizations and central socio-political bodies. This decision, announced at a conference held on December 30, outlines changes in authority, functions, and organizational structures, aiming to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within these entities.

According to Vietnam News Agency, Party General Secretary To Lam was present at the conference to deliver decisions on this significant restructuring. These decisions were initially approved during a meeting of the Politburo and Secretariat on December 27 and were formally issued the following day. The restructuring is intended to streamline operations and clarify the roles and working relationships within the affected organizations.

The announcement marks a pivotal moment in the Party’s efforts to optimize its internal framework. The reforms are expected to bring about a more cohesive and responsive organizational structure, aligning with broader strategic goals.
