Da nang: Portugal's Macedos Pirotecnia team finally won the championship title at the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF 2026) hosted by the central city of Da Nang. The team defeated the Chinese team Jiangxi Yangfeng Art Fireworks Display in the final competition on the evening of July 11, 2026.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the competition witnessed several teams from different countries showcasing their skills, but it was the performance by the Portuguese team that stood out, earning them the top prize.
