Hanoi: State President Luong Cuong hosted a reception in Hanoi on July 15 for Hyun Sang Cho, chair of the 2025 APEC Business Advisory Council, HS Hyosung Vice Chairman and outstanding businesses of ABAC.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting underscored the importance of collaboration between Vietnam and the APEC Business Advisory Council in preparation for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) 2025 summit. The discussions were aimed at strengthening economic ties and exploring new avenues for cooperation within the APEC framework.

Hyun Sang Cho, representing the business community, emphasized the role of businesses in fostering economic growth and innovation within the APEC region. He expressed his commitment to enhancing dialogue and partnerships with Vietnam to ensure a successful APEC summit in 2025.

State President Luong Cuong reiterated Vietnam’s dedication to engaging with international partners to promote regional economic development. The meeting concluded with a mutual agreement to continue dialogues and cooperation leading up to the APEC 2025 summit.
