Hanoi: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh met with Cambodian King Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni in Hanoi on November 28. The Cambodian King has arrived in Vietnam for a two-day state visit at the invitation of State President Luong Cuong.
