Hanoi: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh hosted a reception in Hanoi for a visiting bipartisan delegation of the US House of Representatives. The delegation was led by Congressman John Moolenaar, a Republican from Michigan and a member of the House Committee on Appropriations.

According to Vietnam News Agency, earlier on the same day, the delegation was received by Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Quang Phuong. The visit is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the relationship between Vietnam and the United States through dialogue and cooperation at multiple levels of government.
