Hanoi: General Luong Tam Quang, a member of the Politburo and Minister of Public Security, led the official welcome ceremony and held discussions with General Viktor Zolotov, the Director of the Federal National Guard Service of Russia, in Hanoi.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting took place on April 13 and was aimed at enhancing cooperation between Vietnam's Ministry of Public Security and Russia's National Guard Service.
