Quang tri: Party General Secretary and State President To Lam has urged the central coastal province of Quang Tri to reposition its development space under a 'reaching East, spreading West' strategy. He emphasized that the sea serves as the core growth driver while the East-West Economic Corridor should be leveraged to extend the maritime economy westward and expand to other regions.

According to Vietnam News Agency, To Lam made these remarks during a working session with the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee on April 29. The session was part of his working trip to Quang Tri. The top leader highlighted the necessity for a more decisive mindset, clearer priorities, and stronger performance to achieve these development goals.
