Accra:Gia Lai The Rencontres du Vietnam Association and the International Centre for Interdisciplinary Science and Education (ICISE) initiated the first "Quy Nhon Dialogue on Climate and Transition" forum in the southern province of Gia Lai.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the event, held on October 10, brought together over 100 high-level delegates from Vietnam, Southeast Asia, and partner countries, as well as international institutions from Asia, Europe, Africa, and Latin America. The participants discussed policy options, financing approaches, and coalitions to bolster climate action efforts in the coming decade.

Deputy Prime Minister Ho Quoc Dung attended the forum and delivered a speech to the delegates.
