Hanoi: Politburo member and Permanent member of the Party Central Committee's Secretariat Tran Cam Tu emphasized the need for renewed efforts in Party diplomacy and people-to-people diplomacy during a plenary session held in Hanoi. This session was a part of the 33rd Diplomatic Conference. Tu highlighted the importance of adapting diplomatic approaches to contribute more effectively to Vietnam's rapid and sustainable development.

According to Vietnam News Agency, Tu pointed out that Vietnam's diplomatic efforts have historically played a crucial role in maintaining peace and stability, safeguarding national independence, sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity. Furthermore, these efforts have been instrumental in mobilizing external resources for development and elevating Vietnam's international standing.
