Hanoi: Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin and a high-ranking Russian delegation arrived in Hanoi on September 28 afternoon, marking the start of a two-day official visit to Vietnam. During this visit, Volodin is set to co-chair the 4th meeting of the Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Committee between the National Assembly of Vietnam and the State Duma.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the visit takes place at the invitation of Chairman of the Vietnamese National Assembly Tran Thanh Man.
