“Santhiya” storms in to submit a letter to “Big Kong” to investigate the behavior of direct selling companies.

Santiya’ stormed to submit a letter to ‘Big Kong’ to investigate according to the law after finding more than 100 companies engaging in direct selling behavior, and asked the victims to join together to fight the case to the end.

Mr. Sonthiya Sawasdee traveled to submit a petition to Pol. Lt. Gen. Jiraphop Phuridet, Commander of the Central Investigation Bureau, to investigate and investigate the behavior of more than 100 direct selling companies in Thailand, both foreign and domestic companies, to see if they are operating in accordance with the law or not. Because he has information that many companies, no less than 35 companies, have similar behavior to The Icon Group, having to find subordinates to buy products to sell, similar to a chain, and causing damages no differently. Personally, his family has also had experiences of being cheated by other direct selling companies, causing damages in the hundreds of thousands as well.

Therefore, it is considered that in the case of The Icon Group, government off
icials should seriously investigate all direct selling companies. If any company is doing well according to the law, it is fine. However, if it is found that there are victims from those companies, they should investigate whether they are guilty or not.

We urge all victims, whether it is The Icon’s case or any other company’s case, to file a complaint with every police station nationwide. We also urge the National Audit Office to order all police stations nationwide to accept reports of damages from direct selling companies in every case, without exception.

Mr. Sonthiya believes that within the next two weeks, The Icon case will definitely enter the special case of the Department of Special Investigation because the value of the damages is believed to meet the criteria for being a special case. He emphasized that all victims of The Icon Group must join together and fight the case to the end.

Meanwhile, The Icon Group executives should be conscious of paying compensation to the victims during the legal batt
les because many victims are almost penniless and it takes at least 5 years to complete 3 courts before they can receive compensation. However, it should be emphasized that the victims must not sign to accept any settlement terms.
