Vientiane: Politburo member and permanent member of the Party Central Committee's Secretariat Tran Cam Tu met with Lao Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone in Vientiane on April 9. The Vietnamese Party official is on an official visit to Laos at the invitation of his Lao counterpart Vilay Lakhamphong.
