MONG CAI: AVANEST Vietnam Nutrition JSC has successfully exported its inaugural batch of bird’s nests to China via the Bac Luan II bridge border gate in Mong Cai city, situated in Vietnam’s northern province of Quang Ninh. This initial shipment, dispatched on November 20, comprises both instant bird’s nest products and refined bird’s nests.

According to Vietnam News Agency, AVANEST Vietnam Nutrition JSC is the first Vietnamese enterprise to receive an export code from China’s General Administration of Customs. This authorization permits the company to export two specific categories of bird’s nest products: refined bird’s nests and cooked bird’s nest jars. This development marks a significant milestone for Vietnam’s bird’s nest industry, potentially paving the way for increased trade between the two nations in this specialized market segment.
