Son Doong Cave Tours Fully Booked Until 2027

Quang tri: Tours to Son Doong, the world’s largest cave, in the central province of Quang Tri, are fully booked until the end of 2027, according to Oxalis Adventure, the sole company licensed to operate tours to the cave. Open to tourism since August 1, 2013, Son Doong Cave has to date attracted over 8,550 visitors to conquer, including 3,293 domestic ones and 2,271 from the United States. Stretching about 9 km with sections reaching 150-160 metres wide and ceilings as high as 200 metres, Son Doong, part of Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park, has become a bucket-list destination for adventure enthusiasts around the world.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the immense popularity of Son Doong Cave tours underscores the global fascination with this natural wonder.
