Beijing: Ngo Phuong Ly, spouse of Party General Secretary and State President To Lam, visited the Soong Ching Ling Science and Culture Centre for Young People in Beijing on April 14 as part of the state visit to China. The centre is one of four under the Soong Ching Ling Foundation and is named after Soong Ching Ling, the wife of Sun Yat-sen.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the visit highlights the ongoing cultural exchange between Vietnam and China. The Soong Ching Ling Foundation is known for its role in promoting youth development and cultural activities, which aligns with the objectives of Ngo Phuong Ly's visit.
