Colombo: An official welcome ceremony for General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and State President To Lam, along with his high-ranking delegation, was held at the Presidential Secretariat on the morning of May 8. The ceremony was presided over by Sri Lankan President Anura Kumara Dissanayake.
