Hanoi: Vietnam consistently attaches importance to, and wishes to continue strengthening the traditional friendship with Mongolia across all fields in line with the two sides' capacities and needs, meeting the interests and aspirations of their peoples and contributing to peace, stability and cooperation in the region and the world.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the statement was made by State President Luong Cuong during his reception in Hanoi for Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Mongolia Ganzorig Damdin, who is on a visit to the country.
