Hanoi: State President Luong Cuong on February 3 received Czech Ambassador to Vietnam Hynek Kmonicek, who paid a farewell call upon the completion of his tenure in the country.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the meeting took place as Ambassador Kmonicek concluded his diplomatic mission in Vietnam. During the meeting, President Cuong expressed his appreciation for the ambassador's contributions to strengthening the relationship between Vietnam and the Czech Republic. Ambassador Kmonicek, in turn, thanked the Vietnamese government and people for their support during his tenure.
