Hanoi: State President Luong Cuong paid a pre-Tet visit to the Security Guard Command on January 22, where he extended Lunar New Year (Tet) wishes to its members.
According to Vietnam News Agency, the visit was part of the President’s annual tradition to acknowledge and appreciate the efforts of the Security Guard Command.
