Substantive Cuts to Administrative Procedures, Business Regulations Highlighted

Hanoi: Deputy Minister of Justice Nguyen Thanh Tinh outlined progress in cutting and simplifying administrative procedures and business conditions in line with the Party Central Committee's Conclusion No. 18-KL/TW, at the Government's regular press briefing for April held on the evening of May 4.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the Deputy Minister emphasized the government's commitment to streamlining processes to foster a more conducive business environment. The initiatives are part of broader efforts to enhance efficiency and reduce bureaucratic hurdles for businesses, thereby promoting economic growth and competitiveness.

The measures discussed at the briefing include specific strategies aimed at eliminating redundant procedures and optimizing regulatory frameworks. These reforms are expected to significantly ease the operational challenges faced by businesses, particularly small and medium enterprises, by reducing the time and resources spent on compliance.
