An giang: Ta Pa Pagoda, also known as Chun-Num Pagoda in Khmer, is a renowned Khmer Theravada Buddhist temple located in the Mekong Delta province of An Giang. Covering an area of nearly 4,000 square meters, the pagoda is situated atop a hill and is notable for its distinctive architectural design. According to Vietnam News Agency, the structure of Ta Pa Pagoda is supported entirely by 120 solid concrete pillars, each ranging from 5 to 18 meters in height. From a distance, the pagoda appears to float amidst the vast surrounding forests and mountains, offering a breathtaking view. This unique feature makes it a must-visit attraction for travelers to Tri Ton commune in the region.
