Thanh Hoa Breaks Ground on Tourism, Cable Car Project

Thanh Hoa: Authorities in the central province of Thanh Hoa and leading real estate developer Sun Group have initiated construction on a large-scale commercial services and cable car project in Am Tien, Trieu Son district. This development signifies the commencement of the first phase of the spiritual and historical tourism complex project known as Legend of Am Tien. The project will be located in the Nua mountain area, which is home to the revered Nua Temple – Am Tien site. The total investment for the project is 35 trillion VND, equivalent to approximately 1.34 billion USD.

According to Vietnam News Agency, the new development aims to enhance the tourism infrastructure in the region, attracting both domestic and international visitors to the historical and cultural site. The project is expected to boost the local economy by creating jobs and promoting the cultural heritage of the area.

The Legend of Am Tien project is part of a broader initiative to develop the tourism potential of Thanh Hoa province. The inclusion of a cable car system is designed to provide visitors with a unique and accessible way to experience the picturesque landscape and significant cultural sites in the Nua mountain area.

Local officials and representatives from Sun Group have expressed optimism about the project’s potential impact on the region’s tourism and economic growth. The development is also anticipated to preserve and promote the historical significance of the Nua Temple – Am Tien site, ensuring that it remains a key attraction for future generations.
