The rain in 2014 is still concerning, but not as severe as in 2011.

Continuous rain in the upper North since mid-August has caused severe flooding in the Yom River Basin. The Meteorological Department found that the average rainfall in some flooded provinces is higher than normal, while water management agencies have confirmed that the overall picture of the country will not be a major flood like in 2011.
